Please make sure to shower beforehand, as the placement is done immediately after your session. We’ll properly adjust your compression garment, ensuring it provides the right support without discomfort. Correct compression is essential for optimal recovery results. Note: Even if you don’t book this service, we’re always here to guide you EVERY DAY and make sure you know how to apply your faja and maintain the right compression during recovery.
